Robyn Alvarez, Director of Pilates Body Shop, holds a Diploma in the Pilates Method gained from Pilates International and has been teaching exercise since 1991 throughout Australia and Internationally. Being passionate since attending her first class in 1997, Pilates Body Shop started operation in 2001. Robyn is a level 3 practitioner with Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA) and holds a membership with The Pilates Alliance. To keep updated and informed Robyn regularly attends Workshops and Conferences on the Pilates Method.
