Robyn Alvarez , the director of Pilates Body shop, has been teaching exercise for over 16 years throughout Australia and Internationally. Whilst working at NSW university in 1997 she participated in her first Pilates matwork class and was so amazed at how she felt afterwards she decided to complete training with the Pilates Institute of Australasia.
Robyn continued training with Pilates International to gain a Certificate IV in the Pilates Method. Pilates Body Shop started operation in 2001. Currently Robyn is a member of Pilates Institute of Australasia and The PIlates Alliance.
