Robyn Alvarez, the director of Pilates Body Shop, holds a Diploma in the Pilates Method gained from Pilates International and has been teaching exercise since 1991 throughout Australia and Internationally. Pilates Body Shop started operation in 2001. Robyn is a level 3 practitioner with Australian Pilates Method Association(APMA) and holds a membership with The Pilates Alliance.
