Pilates Body shop offers you mat or equipment classes at Forresters Beach (equipment) Shelley Beach & Toowoon Bay surf clubs(mat). A relaxed, friendly atmosphere helps you connect your mind and body to benefit from the Pilates method of exercises. With Limited number of Participants you receive highly supervised and personalized classes -the same way Joseph Pilates taught.

The motivation to help others achieve their dream or simply to feel better about themselves has kept Pilates Body Shop evolving to now offer a variety of classes to suit anyone and everyone.

Pilates exercises develop a strong "core," or center of the body. The core consists of the deep abdominal muscles along with the muscles closest to the spine. Control of the core is achieved by integrating the trunk, pelvis and shoulder girdle.
